Responsibilities
1.ติดตั้ง ดูแล และซ่อมบำรุงระบบคอมพิวเตอร์และสารสนเทศ (อุปกรณ์, โปรแกรม, เครือข่าย, กล้องวงจรปิด) ของสาขาชลบุรี ให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานและเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดที่วางไว้
2.แก้ปัญหาและให้คำแนะนำการใช้งานระบบ ERP และระบบสารสนเทศขององค์กรที่ถูกต้องแก่ผู้ใช้ระบบ
3.สำรองและจัดเก็บข้อมูลในระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ พร้อมดูแลให้สามารถเรียกคืนข้อมูลที่สำรองไว้ได้เมื่อมีเหตุจำเป็น
4.จัดทำและดูแลบัญชีอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์
5.จัดซื้ออุปกรณ์เบื้องต้นต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเท่าที่จำเป็น
6.ร่วมมือและให้ความช่วยเหลือเจ้าหน้าที่สนับสนุนด้าน IT กท,สป ตามความเหมาะสม
Qualifications
1.สามารถทำงาน 3 กะได้
2.มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ในองค์กร อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
3.มีความชำนาญเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ (Hardware) สามารถประกอบ ติดตั้ง วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และซ่อมแซมเบื้องต้นได้
4.มีความเข้าใจในระบบสารสนเทศระดับองค์กรที่ใช้ Windows Server และใช้ระบบ Windows Domain ในการจัดการบริหารจัดการเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ขององค์กร
5.มีความเข้าใจในระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์(Network) และแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันและรักษาความปลอดภัยของระบบเครือข่ายจากภัยคุกคามต่างๆ
6.มีความเข้าใจในระบบกล้องวงจรปิด สามารถติดตั้ง ตั้งค่า วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้
