Responsibilities
1. บริหารทีมงานผู้ช่วยผู้สอบบัญชี และที่ปรึกษาด้านบัญชีและการเงินจำนวน 2-4 คน
2. ช่วย Audit Manager ในการวางเเผน ควบคุม ตรวจสอบเเละสร้างทีมงานในการปฏิบัติงานตรวจสอบบัญชี งานให้คำปรึกษาด้านบัญชี และงานที่ปรึกษาด้านการเงิน
3. วางระบบบัญชีและระบบการควบภายใน เพื่อการควบคุมภายในที่ดีให้กับลูกค้า
4. ให้คำเเนะนำลูกค้าและเพื่อนร่วมทีมในด้านการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานบัญชี TFRS for PAEs การควบคุมภายในที่ดี รวมทั้งประเด็นด้านบัญชีและภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. สื่อสารความคืบหน้า ความสำเร็จหรือปัญหา ในการปฏิบัติงานกับลูกค้า และ Audit Manager อย่างต่อเนื่องเเละมีประสิทธิภาพ
6. ปรับปรุงคุณภาพการปฏิบัติงานอย่างต่อเนื่องทั้งในด้านการให้คำเเนะนำพนักงานในทีม และช่วยเหลือ Audit Manager ในการกำหนดมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานที่ดีและมีประสิทธิภาพ
7. ปฏิบัติงานด้าน special audit/ due diligence/ financial advisory และะ ad-hoc projects อื่นๆ
Qualifications
1. ปริญญาตรีด้านบัญชี
2. ประสบการณ์ด้านตรวจสอบบัญชีอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
3. หากมีประสบการณ์ตรวจสอบบริษัทในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ตามมาตรฐาน TFRSs for PAEs จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
4. ทัศนคติที่เปิดกว้าง รักการเรียนรู้
5. Good teamwork spirit and strong integrity
6. Good English communication skills, and Japanese language skill is a strong plus
7. Can-do and growth mindset attitude
