Responsibilities
• To perform and analysis of the change update change point with picture in assembly time, line balancing, and
assembly distribution then updates to assembly documentation and training to operators.
• To receive and update all change points in every new start cost project / IB weeks / Process change / New
machine by confirm with assistant engineer in each area by update in assembly graph (Monthly update byIE
Admin is leader to internal MED in regular meeting)
• Supporting to update detail and make summary Lines/Station, Tooling equipment (Tightening tool, Jigfixture,
Machine) and concerned IS/IT systems to support the change from new product project / IB weeks/ Process
change / New machine / Development project (Monthly update by IE Admin is leader to internalMED in regular
meeting)
• To support on activities of Quality, Environmental, Ergonomics and Safety in concern of the new product change
(Pokayoke, PFMEA, etc) include update and summary Pokayoke, PFMEA (Monthly update by IEAdmin is leader
to internal MED in regular meeting)
• To be consulted and supporting on Industrialization loop verification activities and continuously follow-up the
issues for smooth launch of the new product project to manufacturing operation (Still keep with each assistant
engineer)
• Support and monitoring change with basic deviation analysis or improvement project of added & consume
material which supporting to secure added & consume material availability to production. (Still keep with each
assistant engineer) Support to summary status Temp AI, FDER until change to Manual BSL for preventive
action (weekly report) to follow up process engineer.
• Perform DCN validation to ensure that the product as built will meet the requirement. (Still keep with each
assistant engineer) Receive all 4M change feedback from each assistant engineer on area and summary new
implement DCN (Delta-Q) from production to ensure all change point is good quality in several week (IB WEEK).
• To perform or support Problem solving analysis of related engineering issue on the daily production problems.
(Still keep with each assistant engineer)
• Supporting and secure to update line lay out to increase process efficiency or to support business requirement.
(Still keep with each assistant engineer)
• Supporting on Industrial project by PSM or assignment project to support business requirement. (options)
• Support to record video of process to confirm standard time study and line balancing activities to provide
production capacity pattern with high-efficiency including update and summary in each station / variant for all
product class in C-shop with get agreement with WPO process and new start cost.
• Supporting and secure availability of tooling, equipment, machine and concerned IS/IT systems on daily
production. (Still keep with each assistant engineer)
• Supporting and secure process parameter control which related to product (Still keep with each assistant
engineer)
• Support and involve with the implementation and maintain of Industrial management system (VPS, ISO, Safety,
WPO, etc.) which belong to company policy. (Still keep with each assistant engineer)
• Perform according to safety and environment procedure.
• Perform continuous improvement activities to improve manufacturing efficiency and aligning with business
strategic priority.
• Self-development by self-manage learning (SML) or perform work on business assignment from direct manager.
Qualifications
• High Vocational /bachelor’s degree in industrial / mechanical a related field
• Require experience on automotive business or related field 2 years minimum.
• Good human relationship with strong analytical, problem-solving Intro knowledge of Industrial management
system (ISO, Lean, etc.)
• High experiences in a similar role of Body shop manufacturing would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Engineering computer program (Catia, Solid work, Inventor, AutoCAD)
• Knowledge of Spot-Welding equipment, Robot Spot & Arc welding.
• Knowledge of Automation control system.
• High experiences in Paint automotive Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Automotive paint tools and Equipment
• Knowledge of surface treatment & Coating process
• Fair of spoken and written English
