Responsibilities
Mission/purpose of the job
• Timely delivery of goods
• Ensure the shipment accuracy and fulfilment errors.
• Control data and process meet to the standard requirement.
Key responsibilities/accountabilities
• Consolidate KD Outbound KPI and PI by daily weekly and monthly.
• Control and develop outbound performance to meet function and plant KPIs.
• Provide support for cross-functional work stream looking to reduce time, improve processes, implement standard work and deliver process together improvements across supply chain team.
• Lead of analysis and provide support to outbound cost reduction and maintainer the good outbound flow.
• Coordinate and control cost for both of normal shipment and rush transportation fright cost (UCR and BO)
• Provide fully support for ISO and other mandatory standard.
• Perform other tasks according to manager’s assignment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• At least 5 years experiences in industrial
• Have basic knowledge in UDPS and ISO document control.
• Have basic knowledge in KD Operations (Pick pack process) and Systems related.
• Have basic knowledge in logistic supply chain and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of enthusiasm, professionalism, and motivation.
• English good conversation, reading and writing.
• Ability to work multi tasks.
• Good in Microsoft office
• Good coordination skills and communication skills
