Responsibilities

Responsible for performing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring payroll data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations, while supporting efficient payroll operations.


• Responsible for overall Payroll process, Payroll outsource (if any) 
• Ensure accurate payroll calculation, including salary and allowances, based on Time and Attendance data, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure employee information and benefits are up to date, and compensation is accurate and aligned with employee movements.
• Summarize of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and allowance that impact with Payroll calculation.
• Prepare post-payroll monthly reports and data, including SSO, PND 91, student loan, provident fund, payment vouchers, Department of Legal Execution, Employee Welfare Fund, Bonus accrual and other related items.
• Prepare annual payroll reports and relevant documentation, including Tawi 50, PND 1 Kor, Kor.Tor.20, Loryor 1, and other payroll-related documents.
• Provide support for the annual compensation and benefits cycle.
• Control Payroll data to maintain and update employees’ information.
• Analyze and develop payroll related reports.
• Prepare headcount data and related workforce administration reports.
• Identify root causes and make recommendations for process improvements to increase efficiency and improve overall payroll productivity.
• Maintain and update employee benefits plan and policies
• Prepare and provide data for EY tax calculations, ensuring accuracy.
• Support the preparation of data and payroll reports for annual audit purposes.
• HR projects for both global and country projects.
• Conduct preliminary data analysis to support changes in payroll-related reporting.
• Explain complex policies and Tax calculation guidelines to employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field (or equivalent Diploma with experiences in payroll function at least 5 years)
• At least 3 years in Payroll, HR operation or administration.
• High level of numerical accuracy, analytical skills and process improvement.
• Good communication skill and good verbal & written communication skills in Thai & English.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Payroll and Time Attendance systems (e.g., e-unite, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for payroll operations.
• Proficiency in communication tools such as Canva, Clipchamp, and ChatGPT would be highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
• Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
• Ability to understand and clearly explain complex policies and guidelines
• Problem-solving skills.
