Responsibilities
- Review the previous work records and record a daily work in each day.
- Check daily production plan.
- Daily monitoring GOK truck on plan and Trucks in Yard delivery on plan
- Manage heavy repair technicians to investigation and repair on plan
- Prepare and recruit a substitute the employee in a case of absent include training new entrants and the old staff who change department.
- Prepare an equipment and tools for the employees.
- Check the availability of the added and consume and ensure that the employees use it with beneficial and properly.
- Check the production process that is it correct according to the algorithm or not and standard check sheet, Assembly Instruction, Work Instruction etc. before deliver to the next station.
- Proceed and motivate the employee to follow the organization’s activities.
- Quality management system (ISO9000)
- Environmental Management System (ISO4000)
- Occupational health and Safety management system (OHSAS18001)
- Working with safety and minimal impact on the environment by following the working method or assignment.
- Strictly following the regulations of safety and environmental. Include using and caring the personal protective Equipment with properly.
Qualifications
- Senior high school, Vocation Certification or Diploma degree
- 5 years or higher related work experiences.
- Good understanding Production process & System
- Good understanding Assembly Instruction & Work Instruction.
- Regulations of Safety & Environment
- Quality management system (ISO9000)
- Environmental Management System (ISO4000)
- Occupational health and safety management system (OHSAS18001)
