Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily traffic in/out management for internal routing activities
- Monitor inbound truck arrivals and dock utilization to optimize warehouse flow.
- Coordinate with warehouse operations between carriers, warehouse teams, customs, security, production, and logistics providers.
- Ensure safe truck movement and compliance with warehouse traffic management standards.
- Monitor real-time operational performance through digital dashboards and KPIs.
- Support continuous improvement activities to reduce truck waiting time and improve warehouse productivity.
- Ensure compliance with Free zone regulations, safety standards and company operational procedures
- Cooperate and feedback monthly meetings with service provider feedback and update KPI/PI
Key responsibilities/accountabilities
Traffic & Dock Management
- Monitor inbound truck schedules and unload priorities.
- Control dock assignments to maximize dock utilization.
- Coordinate truck arrivals, departures, and parking allocation.
- Manage truck queue and waiting areas.
- Minimize truck turnaround time (TAT).
- Escalate abnormal situations affecting warehouse flow.
- Operate the Warehouse Control Tower dashboard.
- Monitor real-time warehouse activities.
- Track truck status from gate entry until exit.
- Monitor loading/unloading progress.
- Coordinate emergency response and operational disruptions
- Support manpower balancing during peak periods.
- Record and reporting each lag of clock time

Qualifications
Preferred educational and/or training qualifications and certificates
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferable major: Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or another related Feid
- Experience in Transportation Management at least 2-3 year
- Able to use basic program and Microsoft office warehousing and purchasing software
- Good communication and team working
- Strong coordination
- Experience in KPI analysis and reporting
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
- Microsoft Power BI
- Microsoft Power Automate (preferred)
- Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- ERP (MACS, GILM, NTRP, SAP or similar)
- Dashboard and KPI Reporting
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination
- Good English communication
