Responsibilities
Key responsibilities/accountabilities
· Support Industrial capacity footprint & Planning
· Support Annually Plant master plan
· Provide Industrial development with solution and implementation on MED specialist and Key activities of Smart & Modern Bangkok Plant to be competitiveness Smart Digital Manufacturing
· Leading, collaborate and support for develop and execution new Technology and Innovation
· Support Plant capacity utilization solution
· Create Plant capacity planning to be aligned with LTVF, S&OP and Industrial footprint road map provided by international sale, Planning & OtD and Strategic & transformation functions respectively
· Coordination and Development of PSM Industrial resources
· Collaborate of RVC/TAI/Free zone technical support
· Support PMI & Synergy development with ISZ for Overseas
· Collaborate with other functions on ISZ PMI/Synergy development execution
· Collaborate with BC on the Capex plan and execution
Qualifications
Preferred educational and/or training qualifications and certificates
· Bachelor’s degree or higher of Engineering in Automotive, Industrial, Mechanical or related field
· Minimum 5 years work experience in Automotive field
Preferred experience and knowledge
· Require experience in Automotive engineer, production engineer, manufacturing engineer or related field.
· In case of a lower level of education, need a minimum of 10 years work-experience in Automotive industrial field
· Knowledge of Industrial management system (ISO, Lean, etc.)
Necessary technical/functional/language skills
· Knowledge of Engineering computer program (Catia, Solid work, Inventor, AutoCAD)
· Knowledge of Automation control system.
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Good in MS offices (especially PowerPoint and Excel)Benefits
