Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Chinese suppliers, vendors, and engineers for the shipment of construction materials, equipment, and project-related goods.
- Monitor production schedules, shipment status, and import timelines to ensure timely delivery of materials in accordance with project requirements.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and transportation providers to facilitate import and logistics operations.
- Prepare, review, and maintain import-related documents, including Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and other supporting documentation.
- Coordinate and follow up on customs clearance procedures and import processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Utilize the Company's ERP system for processing import duty payments.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, warehouse personnel, and construction site staff to ensure smooth and timely material deliveries.
- Track transportation schedules and coordinate with truck drivers or logistics providers as necessary.
- Provide occasional coordination with truck drivers or logistics partners during weekends or outside normal working hours to arrange delivery schedules and unloading. This is for coordination purposes only and does not constitute regular overtime work.
- Prepare logistics, shipping, and operational reports, and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Chinese Language, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Thai communication (HSK 5 or above).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field, or a strong willingness to learn for entry-level candidates.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn ERP systems and procurement processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a project-driven environment.
- Previous experience in Shipping, Import-Export, Logistics, or Procurement is a plus.
