Safety Engineer - Acter Technology Co.,Ltd.

Oversee and manage Construction Safety Management on the project site.

Conduct and lead Toolbox Meetings / Safety Talks for workers.

Report to the Project Manager regarding the Safety Plan and Safety Improvement Plan.

Lead and organize safety training for project workers and subcontractors.

Provide on-site safety supervision to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Perform Risk Assessments, especially for high-risk activities (working at heights, slab openings, HV electrical works, etc.).

Understand construction work methods and review or prepare Job Safety Analyses (JSA) as required.

Prepare and submit weekly and monthly safety reports to management.

Strong knowledge of mechanical and construction works, including equipment installation, piping, ducting, electrical works, and interior fit-out.

Male or female, aged not over 40 years, with leadership skills and the ability to control and motivate workers.

Proficiency in MS Office for report preparation.

Ability to lead the HSE team, including safety supervisors from subcontractors.

5–10 years of construction safety experience required.

Good understanding of ISO standards and OHSAS.

Good English communication skills (spoken and written).

Holding Safety Officer – Professional Level Certificate (จป.วิชาชีพ) is required.

Additional Safety Certificates are an advantage.
