Responsibilities
Job Scope.
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality assurance activities in a highly automated electronics manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality, driving continuous improvement, managing Quality Management Systems (QMS), and optimizing automated inspection systems, including AOI (Automated Optical Inspection).
Qualifications
Qualification.
• Bachelor /Master Degree in Engineering.• 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience in electronics manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Manager role or other people management position.
• Hands-on experience with automated production lines and AOI inspection systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949, SPC, FMEA, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Proven leadership experience managing QA teams and driving quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
