Responsibilities
- Analyzing customer forecast for effective production planning.
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales Branch/ Customer and Operations, to get inquiry, cooperate in case of customer complaint.
- Determine key supply chain KPIs.
- Entering order information into the company database.
- Suggest solutions for process improvements.
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Document step-by-step procedures for the supply planning process.
- Provide constructive feedback to operations.
- Work with production supply, and manufacturing team to determine best supply chain.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customer and manufacturing team.
- Minimize cost of supply process (Inventory control, maximize capacity).
- Ensuring supply chain process to meet customer requirement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineer in Industrial Engineering, or similar relevant field.
- 3 years up of experience as a Supply Chain Engineer, production planning Engineer, Planning Engineer
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain engineering operations and best practices.
- Ability to analyze customer forecast, Basis of capacity utilization.
- Good communication skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
