Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze and reduce manufacturing losses (MFG Loss) in the Assembly process.
2. Drive CAP Loss reduction initiatives to improve production performance.
3. Develop and implement Cost Saving projects to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Lead productivity improvement activities within the Assembly Department, including Mini-SGA, Suggestion Program, and Super SGA.
5. Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve Assembly manufacturing processes.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
7. Monitor project progress, analyze data, and prepare improvement reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Improvement Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, or Assembly Process (preferred).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Able to communicate in English at a moderate level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SolidWorks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
