Responsibilities
Are you passionate about quality management, compliance, and continuous improvement? Join our team and play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our integrated management systems to support world-class manufacturing and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1) Manage and maintain the organization's Integrated Management System (IMS), including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, and ISO 13485, ensuring compliance with company objectives and international standards.
2) Communicate, coordinate, and provide guidance to all departments on management system requirements, procedures, and best practices.
3) Investigate non-conformities and customer or audit findings by coordinating with relevant departments to conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and establish preventive measures.
4) Plan, coordinate, and monitor Internal Audits, Supplier Audits, and Outsource Audits to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
5) Prepare audit plans, reports, and documentation, and follow up on audit findings until closure.
6) Continuously improve management systems and internal control processes to prevent non-conformities and enhance organizational performance.
7) Organize ISO awareness programs, training sessions, and promotional activities to strengthen employee understanding and compliance with management system standards.
8) Coordinate Management Review Meetings and prepare performance reports for top management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in implementing and maintaining management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, and ISO 13485.
- Good command of English with the ability to communicate effectively in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, audit processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Leadership ability with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
