Import Export Officer - Fujikura Conec (THAILAND) LTD.

1. To ensure that correct sales order entry in terms of part name, price, quantity, required delivery, etc, then cooperate with planning and concerned to arrange delivery schedule to ensure effective order entry and planning without impact to others. 

2. To send Order Acknowledgement to customers to confirm sales orders receipt.

3. To cooperate with planning to adjust production plan or delivery schedule as necessary based on customers request, updated forecast.

4. To cooperate to adjust delivery schedule with customer as necessary based on production capacity,production situation, materials stock  for protect any impact cause from delivery issue.

5.  To follow up products delivery for on time delivery achievement and to keep sale amount target as planed.Includeing negotiate to increase sale amt. as much as possible. 

6. To follow up updated forecast information from customers then check information's correctness and pass to concerned departments on time for more effective of production planning in terms of materials / parts preparation,   Manpower / Machine adjustment, etc. Also, to update demand changes (increase/decrease/EOL) information promptly.   

7. To prepare shipping documents and cooperate with Warehouse, BOI and contact forwarders for smooth and correct shipping processes to customers.

8. To provide necessary information's to customers, forward customer requirements, handle and solve customers problems such as  customer complain on quality, delivery, prices, RFQ etc.by communicating and cooperating with related departments.

9. To review and accurate FG inventory data for minimize FG inventory under customer requirement.

1)  Bachelor degree in Logistic management, Import, Export or  any related fields.

2) Can communication English Language Proficiency  ( (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

3) Have the experience 1 year up for Logistic, Import, Export.
