• มีความสามารถในการตีความสัญญา แบบแปลน ข้อกำหนด และตารางเวลา
• มีความเข้าใจที่ดีเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานการก่อสร้างทางรถไฟและข้อกำหนดการรับประกันระบบ การจัดการส่วนต่อประสาน การจัดลำดับการก่อสร้าง และการวางแผนการครอบครองพื้นที่
• ประสบการณ์ในด้าน : การรับรองการชำระเงินระหว่างงวด การจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงและการปรับปรุง การประเมินข้อเรียกร้องและการประเมินผลกระทบด้านต้นทุน การสนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์ความล่าช้าและการหยุดชะงัก
• ความสามารถในการเป็นผู้นำและการประสานงานที่แข็งแกร่ง และสามารถประสานงานกับทีมงานหลายฝ่ายและประสานงานกับ: ทีมงานในสถานที่ก่อสร้าง ทีมงานด้านปริมาณงาน ทีมงานด้านการควบคุมคุณภาพ/ การประกันคุณภาพ ลูกค้า ที่ปรึกษา และหน่วยงานการรถไฟ
• ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ความเป็นอิสระ และวิจารณญาณทางวิชาชีพในระดับสูง
• ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่แข็งแกร่ง
• ความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและจัดการลำดับความสำคัญหลายอย่าง

• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา วิศวกรรมก่อสร้าง หรือการบริหารโครงการ
• ปริญญาโท สาขาการบริหารโครงการหรือการบริหารงานก่อสร้างจะเป็นประโยชน์
• ประสบการณ์โดยรวมอย่างน้อย 10-15 ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในโครงการรถไฟ รวมถึง: งานราง/ งานก่อสร้างสถานี (โยธา สถาปัตยกรรม MEP)/ งานระบบสัญญาณและระบบต่าง ๆ
• ประสบการณ์ในโครงการ SRT/MRTA 
• ผู้สมัครเพศชายจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรม Microsoft Office/ Auto CAD
