1. วางแผนกลยุทธ์ และทำสัญญาความร่วมมือ (MOU) กับมหาวิทยาลัยทั่วประเทศแบบ End-to-End ตั้งแต่เริ่มดีลเงื่อนไข ตรวจข้อกฎหมาย จัดพิธีลงนาม วางแผนเข้าพบ และติดตามผลลัพธ์หลังลงนาม พร้อมดูแลระบบฐานข้อมูลสถาบันการศึกษา

2. วางแผนการจัดกิจกรรมสร้างแบรนด์องค์กร (ก่อนงาน-วันงาน-หลังงาน) เช่น การออกบูธรับสมัครงาน (Job Fair / Career Day) และงานเสวนา/สัมมนา ร่วมกับสถาบันการศึกษา และตรวจสอบความพร้อมของสื่ออุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด พร้อมจัดทำรายงานสรุปเสนอผู้บริหาร

3. งานวางระบบนักศึกษาฝึกงาน (การรับสมัคร, การประเมินผล, การนิเทศ) ควบคุมดูแลความถูกต้องของข้อมูลเอกสาร/รายงานจากต้นสังกัด พร้อมจัดทำ Monthly Dashboard สรุปสถิติภาพรวมรายงานให้ผู้บริหารรับทราบ

4. รวบรวมข้อมูลผู้สมัครจากทุกช่องทางเพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์เทรนด์ และปรับปรุงกลยุทธ์การสรรหาบุคลากรให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

5. และงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

1. จบป.ตรี สาขาการจัดการ, การตลาด, บริหารธุรกิจ, ทรัพยากรบุคคล, หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 
2. มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน HR หรือ การจัดงาน Event (รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
3. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการออกแบบกิจกรรม และเข้าใจความสนใจของคนรุ่นใหม่
4. สามารถพูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
5. มีพื้นฐานการใช้โปรแกรม MS Excel, Word, PPT
6. มีพื้นฐานการใช้โปรแกรม AI (ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude), Canva
7. สามารถยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานได้
8. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบขับขี่
9. สามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้
