• สนับสนุนงานผู้บริหารในการบริหารจัดการตารางกิจกรรม การนัดหมาย และภารกิจต่างๆ
• ประสานงานกับบุคคลหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งภายในและภายนอก
• ช่วยดูแลการเตรียมการสำหรับการประชุม การพบปะ หรือกิจกรรมรับรองแขกของผู้บริหาร
• ติดตามและจัดการรายละเอียดต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานของผู้บริหาร
• การจัดการงานเฉพาะหน้า และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• รับผิดชอบงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้บริหารตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• รักษาความลับและข้อมูลสำคัญของผู้บริหารอย่างเคร่งครัด

• อายุ 25-27 ปี
• วุฒิการศึกษาป.ตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาการจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• บุคลิกภาพดี มีความมั่นใจ และมีทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับบุคคลหลายระดับได้
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (หากสื่อสารภาษาอื่นเพิ่มเติมได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• สามารถวางแผน และจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
• มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน สามารถปรับตัวกับสถานการณ์และรูปแบบการทำงานที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
• สามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัด หรือต่างประเทศได้ ตามภารกิจงานของผู้บริหาร
• หากขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบขับขี่ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
