• บันทึกและปรับปรุงข้อมูลพนักงานในระบบ HRIS ให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
  
• ดูแลและบำรุงรักษาระบบ HRIS รวมถึงประสานงานกับผู้ดูแลระบบเมื่อเกิดปัญหา
• จัดทำรายงานข้อมูลบุคลากรจากระบบ HRIS ตามที่ร้องขอจากฝ่ายต่างๆ
• ให้การสนับสนุนและฝึกอบรมการใช้งานระบบ HRIS แก่ผู้ใช้งานภายในองค์กร
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจ่ายเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการในระบบ
• ประสานงานกับฝ่าย HR และ IT เพื่อปรับปรุงหรือพัฒนาระบบ HRIS ตามความเหมาะสม
• ดูแล บริหารจัดการ และพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศทรัพยากรบุคคล
• จัดทำรายงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ บริหารธุรกิจ บริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน HRIS หรือ HR Admin 3 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานในการทำงานของระบบ HRIS (เช่น ระบบบันทึกเวลา, ข้อมูลพนักงาน, การจ่ายเงินเดือน)
• ความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและใส่ใจในความถูกต้องของข้อมูล
• ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
• หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบ HRIS เฉพาะ (เช่น SAP HR, Workday, B-Plus) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
