• สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลในหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ
• ประสานงานกับพนักงานและหัวหน้างานในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนโยบายและกระบวนการ HR, และปัญหาต่างๆ
• จัดเก็บและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทาง HR
• วางแผนงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร และทำสรุปรายงานให้กับทางผู้บริหาร
• ช่วยเหลือในการจัดการความสัมพันธ์กับพนักงานและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น
• จัดทำรายงาน สถิติการลา ขาด ลา มา สาย และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน HR
• Support งานเอกสารด้าน HR กับผู้บริหาร
• ประสานงานกับทาง HR ในแผนกต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• เพศหญิง-เพศชาย
• อายุ 23-26 ปีขึ้นไป
• ปริญญาตรีสาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ บริหารธุรกิจ รัฐศาสตร์ นิติศาสตร์ จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงาน HR หรือ HRBP 1-4 ปี
• มีความเข้าใจในกฎหมายแรงงานเบื้องต้น
• มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office โปรแกรม AI ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• ทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• ความสามารถในการทำงานเป็นทีมและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น
• ประสบการณ์ด้าน HRBP HR Operation Employee Relations หรือ General HR จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
• ขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบขับขี่
• สามารถเดินทางไปตามหน้าไซส์งานของบริษัทได้
• ทำงาน 5 วัน ต่อสัปดาห์
