Scheduling Manager - Unique Engineering and Construction Public Co.,Ltd.

• วางแผนและกำกับดูแล Project Planning ตั้งแต่ช่วงประมูล (Tender Stage) จนถึงการก่อสร้าง
• กำหนดและควบคุม Master Program, Detailed Program และ Rolling Plan ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของโครงการ
• กำกับการจัดทำ S-Curve และ Cash Flow และวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มความก้าวหน้าและผลกระทบต่อโครงการ
• ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ Planned vs. Actual Progress พร้อมบริหารจัดการประเด็นความล่าช้าและเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
• กำกับการจัดทำ Weekly / Monthly Progress Report และ Executive Report เพื่อรายงานสถานะโครงการต่อผู้บริหาร
• บริหารและตรวจสอบข้อมูลความก้าวหน้าจาก Site และ Casting Yard ให้มีความถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
• ประสานงานกับ Project Manager, Construction Team, Engineering, Commercial และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามแผน
• นำเสนอ Project Progress, Key Issues, Delay และ Recovery Plan ต่อผู้บริหาร พร้อมให้ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ
• พัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบ Planning & Progress Control เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารโครงการ

1. อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป
2. จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา วิศวกรรมก่อสร้าง หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Project Planning / Construction Planning ในโครงการก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่ อย่างน้อย 8–10 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ในระดับบริหารหรือหัวหน้างาน
4. มีประสบการณ์บริหารและควบคุม Master Program, Detailed Program, Rolling Plan, S-Curve และ Cash Flow
5. มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ Planned vs. Actual Progress, Delay และ Project Performance พร้อมจัดทำ Recovery Plan
6. มีทักษะในการจัดทำ Progress Report และ Executive Report และสามารถนำเสนอข้อมูลต่อผู้บริหารได้
7. มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการก่อสร้าง การวางแผนทรัพยากร และการติดตามความก้าวหน้าของโครงการ
8. สามารถประสานงานและบริหารทีม รวมถึงทำงานร่วมกับ Project Manager, Construction, Engineering, Commercial และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้เป็นอย่างดี
9. สามารถใช้ Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project และ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี 
10. มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การแก้ไขปัญหา และการตัดสินใจ
11. มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
12. หากมีประสบการณ์ในโครงการ รถไฟฟ้า รถไฟใต้ดิน งานโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน หรือโครงการก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
