1. ลงพื้นที่ต่างจังหวัดเพื่อสรรหาบุคลากรตามแผนงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
2. ลงพื้นที่ชุมชน หมู่บ้าน ตลาด แหล่งรวมแรงงาน และพื้นที่เป้าหมายตามแผนงานที่กำหนด
3. ประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลตำแหน่งงาน อัตราค่าจ้าง ค่าล่วงเวลา (OT) สวัสดิการ ที่พัก และรายละเอียดของโครงการ
4. ดำเนินการรับสมัครและคัดกรองผู้สมัครเบื้องต้นในพื้นที่
5. รวบรวมข้อมูลและเอกสารของผู้สมัคร
6. ประสานงานและนัดหมายวันเดินทางและวันเริ่มงานกับผู้สมัคร
7. ประสานงานด้านการเดินทางของผู้สมัครเพื่อเข้าปฏิบัติงานในโครงการ

1. อายุ 25-35 ปี
2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ม.6, ปวช., ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี
3. มีทักษะในการสรรหาบุคลากรภาคสนามและสร้างเครือข่ายในพื้นที่
4. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีและมีทักษะในการสื่อสารและเจรจาต่อรอง
