Responsibilities

Customer Service Management
  • Oversee and enhance all aspects of the customer service function, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the customer service team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions to improve service quality and customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align customer service strategies with business objectives
  • Manage key customer accounts and effectively resolve complex customer issues

Warehouse & Transportation Management
  • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products
  • Ensure compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and all relevant regulatory requirements
  • Optimize warehouse layout and operational processes to maximize efficiency, capacity utilization, and safety
  • Oversee transportation logistics, including route planning, carrier selection, performance monitoring, and cost optimization for inbound and outbound shipments
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers across Thailand while maintaining product integrity
  • Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies, reduce waste, and ensure product availability
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and performance targets
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and transportation operations through technology and best practices
  • Ensure all warehouse and transportation activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Qualifications

  • Open to all genders
  • Age between 35 – 45 years old
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or related fields
  • Minimum 8–10 years of proven leadership experience encompassing both Customer Service Management and Warehouse/Transportation Management
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or related industries will be highly preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and relevant pharmaceutical regulations in Thailand
  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation optimization
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment
