Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate product quantities appropriately across each branch and sales channel.
- Analyze sales data and sales performance to determine accurate replenishment volumes.
- Monitor and maintain sales, inventory, and product movement data for planning purposes.
- Manage inventory levels to align with market demand, minimizing stock-outs and overstock situations.
- Implement performance-based replenishment based on actual sales results.
- Utilize Excel to manage data, perform analysis, and generate supply chain reports.
- Coordinate with sales teams, warehouse operations, and related departments to ensure smooth product flow.
- Learn and understand the end-to-end business flow through hands-on operations, in a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experiences in supply chain, planning, production planning, product sourcing in fresh produce/agricultural business is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, good planning and follow-up skills, with the ability to adjust plans based on real-time operational situations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills; able to work effectively with sales teams, branches, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, resilient, with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with other analytical tools is a plus.\
- Able to work 6 days per week (Sunday off).
- Willing to work in Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani, and travel upcountry during fruit seasons when required.
- A valid driving license and ability to drive will be an advantage.
