Responsibilities
- Plan, control, and adjust production processes and machinery to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Plan, control, set up, and inspect seed product quality to meet specified standards.
- Develop corrective measures and preventive maintenance plans for machinery, and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Carry out operations related to safety, ISO systems, 5S, energy management, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in mechanical engineering or production engineering. Experience in agro-industrial manufacturing will be an advantage.
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work 6 days per week.
- Willing to work onsite in Phatthana Nikhom, Lopburi (company accommodation provided).
