Responsibilities
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าปัจจุบันเพื่อสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการใหม่ๆ ให้กับลูกค้าในพอร์ตโฟลิโอที่รับผิดชอบ
- จัดทำข้อเสนอและเจรจาต่อรองเงื่อนไขการค้ากับลูกค้า
- ติดตามความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างทันท่วงที
- จัดทำรายงานยอดขายและกิจกรรมลูกค้าประจำสัปดาห์หรือรายเดือน
- ร่วมวางแผนกลยุทธ์การบริหารความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้ากับทีม
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Key Account Management หรือ Business Development 1-3 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ความสามารถในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้ดี
- ทักษะการจัดการเวลาและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
