Responsibilities
1. Role Overview
This role will support the COO and Operations leadership team in operational reporting.
The position is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful analysis to support decision-making across key operational areas including workforce performance, recruitment effectiveness, cost control, and technology implementation.
The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of independence and will be expected to proactively identify reporting needs, improve existing dashboards, and create new analytical tools to support business performance.
2. Key Objectives
• Provide high-quality financial and operational analysis to support COO decision-making , particularly preparation for Business Reviews and ExCom meeting.
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely reporting across key operational KPIs for AM, SAM,GM and OD
• Improve visibility and control over workforce cost, churn, and productivity – supervisors will be paid an incentive based on performance on employee churn rate, CN and OTNC – we need this role to collate this data.
• Support implementation and tracking of strategic initiatives (e.g. Guard Owl, )
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Reporting & Dashboard Management
• Maintain and continuously improve the Span of Control report
• Develop and manage dashboards for:
o Operations Supervisor Incentives
o Recruitment performance and efficiency
o Frontline staff churn and retention
• Ensure all reports are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned.
B. Financial & Workforce Analysis
• Analyse operational efficiency
• Support tracking of key cost drivers such as:
o Overtime and OTNC by site and send reports to relevant parties
o Headcount vs. budget
o Recruitment pipeline vs. demand
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Operations leadership
C. Recruitment & Churn Reporting
• Produce regular reports on:
o Recruitment throughput and conversion rates
o Early attrition and staff churn trends
• Identify root causes of attrition and highlight risk areas
D. Strategic Project Support (Guard Owl & Others)
• Support preparation and tracking for Guard Owl implementation, including:
o Cost tracking and ROI analysis
o User adoption and operational impact
o Assist in implementation / roll-out
• Assist in developing performance metrics for new systems and initiatives
E. Data Management & Automation
• Build and enhance Excel-based models and reporting tools
• Drive automation of recurring reports to improve efficiency
• Ensure data integrity across multiple sources (Daily Work, CGE CRM, costing sheets, etc.)
F. Ad-hoc Analysis
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by the COO
• Support preparation of board and ExCom materials
Qualifications
Experience
• 2–5 years’ experience in data analysis, finance, operations, or business analytics
• Experience in service, manpower based, or operational environments preferred

• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
o Pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, data modelling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
