Responsibilities

·        รับผิดชอบตรวจสอบเอกสารประกอบกาและการรบันทึกบัญชีด้านตั้งหนี้ และจ่ายชำระเงิน ที่บันทึกในระบบ ERP/โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปของบริษัทในกลุ่มธุรกิจ

·        รับผิดชอบในการจัดทำหนังสือรรับรองภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และจัดส่งให้ Supplier เรื่องการจ่ายชำระเงิน

·        จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสารประกอบรายงาน ภ.ง.ด. 3, 53

·        ตรวจสอบเอกสารใบกำกับภาษี และจัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ ประจำเดือน

·        บันทึกตั้งเบิกและเคลียร์เงินสดย่อย, เงินทดรองจ่าย

·        รวบรวมเอกสารสำหรับชุดเอกสารตั้งหนี้ และชุดเอกสารจ่ายชำระเงินให้ครบถ้วน

·         ตรวจสอบและสรุปยอดเจ้าหนี้คงค้าง และกำหนดการชำระเงินประจำเดือน

·        งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา สอบทานและกระทบยอดรายการ (Reconciliation) รายการบัญชี สรุปผลต่างและรายการปรับปรุงที่เหมาะสม

·        รับผิดชอบและตรวจสอบต้นทุนสินค้า (Inventory Costing) และรวบรวมข้อมูลด้านต้นทุนผลิต และสินค้าคงเหลือจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Qualifications

- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านบัญชี 1 - 3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ บัญชีต้นทุน ธุรกิจผลิตและขายสินค้าผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ ได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
-   มีความพร้อมในการเริ่มงานทันที

Dr. CBD pays careful attention to the production process of both medicine and food supplements, ranging from planting to manufacturing of finished products, packaging control and production site while raw materials must be of the highest standards.
