Account Receivable Associate (AR) - Inteluck (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• Oversees the daily operations of the billing.
• Ensure billing policies and procedures are being followed.
• Review of daily proof of delivery for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensures accurate processing to accounts in compliance with appropriate policies and procedures, with the correct application of taxes.
• Maintain files, including the filing of general ledger journal vouchers, accounts payable documentation, and other miscellaneous fillings.
• Maintain regular contact with other departments to obtain and convey information or to correct transactions.
• Ability to perform all other duties as assigned or requested.

• Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in accounting fields.
• Have experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Import-Export, Freight forwarding is plus.
• Have computer skills in MS office such as word, Excel. If Google sheet is plus.
• Fair - able to communicate in English is plus.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation skill and able to work under pressure.
• High responsibility, willing to learn and able to work with others as teamwork
• Strong organizational, time management skills and able to deliver urgent or completed job on time as schedule and commitment.
• Service-mind, enthusiasm and hard working
