Graphic Designer - Fresh Graduates Welcome - Lingoace (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Design visually appealing artworks, Key Visuals, and promotional materials across all channels, including Social Media (FB, TikTok, IG, Line), Websites, Banners, EDMs, Posters, Brochures, and Event Materials.

Resize, adjust layouts, and tailor artworks to meet technical specifications and optimize visual impact for various digital platforms and print formats.

Ensure all designs comply with Brand Guidelines, maintain visual consistency across all communication channels, and manage design assets and image libraries systematically.

Work closely with Marketing, Content, and Performance Marketing teams to translate business requirements into effective visual solutions that deliver results.

Perform image retouching/editing, and assist in creating short-form video content, Motion Graphics, or multimedia assets for social media campaigns.

Receive constructive feedback to refine design quality, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently meet project deadlines.

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in graphic design.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop & Illustrator). Experience with video editing or Motion Graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Canva) is a strong plus.

Strong foundation in visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout design.

Open-minded, feedback-driven, adaptable, with excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
