Responsibilities
- ดำเนินการสรรหาบุคลากรจำนวนมาก (Mass Recruitment) สำหรับตำแหน่งงานต่างๆ โดยเฉพาะตำแหน่งงานขาย
- คัดกรองใบสมัครและสัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้นผู้สมัครเพื่อประเมินคุณสมบัติ
- ประสานงานการนัดสัมภาษณ์กับผู้จัดการฝ่ายต่างๆ และผู้สมัคร
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้สมัครตลอดกระบวนการสรรหา
- จัดทำรายงานสถานะการสรรหาและสรุปผลตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- ใช้ช่องทางและเครื่องมือสรรหาที่หลากหลาย เช่น Job Boards, โซเชียลมีเดีย และเครือข่าย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ รัฐศาสตร์ จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการสรรหาบุคลากร 1-3 ปี โดยเฉพาะในสายงาน Mass Recruitment หรือ Sales Recruitment
- มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการสรรหาและคัดเลือกผู้สมัคร
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้สมัครและผู้จัดการฝ่ายต่างๆ
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบริหารจัดการหลายงานพร้อมกันได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบ Applicant Tracking System (ATS) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
