Responsibilities
- โทรศัพท์นำเสนอและให้ข้อมูลคอร์สเรียนภาษาอังกฤษแก่ลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
- บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายที่กำหนดไว้ในแต่ละเดือน
- ติดตามและดูแลลูกค้าที่ให้ความสนใจเพื่อปิดการขาย
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการโทรและข้อมูลลูกค้าในระบบ
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานภายในเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการลงทะเบียนเรียน
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช. หรือ ปวส. ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Telesales หรือการขายทางโทรศัพท์ 2-5 ปี
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและโน้มน้าวใจทางโทรศัพท์ได้ดี
- มีความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการใหม่ๆ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบรรลุเป้าหมายได้
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน
- หากมีประสบการณ์ขายคอร์สเรียนหรือบริการด้านการศึกษา จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
