Responsibilities
Position: Sales & Partnership - Get Growing
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and actively seek new prospects, including families, schools with potential, and event organizers.
- Present and recommend playground products and services, delivering appropriate commercial proposals to meet customer needs.
- Negotiate sales terms, including pricing and contracts, to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyze performance data to refine sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to support business growth and strategy development.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales, ideally in leisure, hospitality, or family entertainment industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and able to build long-term relationships.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work weekends or during events as required.
- Sales Drive: Result-oriented with strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and engaging verbal and written communication.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Skilled at influencing decisions and reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
