Overall responsibilities
Manage daily operations, ensure service quality and customer satisfaction, coordinate teams, support sales and marketing, and track performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the daily operations of the Get Growing division, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
· Support and execute business strategies, including coordinating partnerships with key stakeholders.
· Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation in alignment with management.
· Guide and support team members to improve performance, engagement, and development.
· Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of projects and initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or related field.
2. 5–8 years’ management or operations experience with proven leadership success.
3. Strong expertise in operations, strategy, and performance management.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
5. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Experience in animal care or overseeing animal-related operations is highly preferred.
