Responsibilities

  • Conduct nutrition assessments and develop personalized meal plans for members and athletes.
  • Provide expert guidance on sports nutrition, hydration, recovery, and body composition management.
  • Support clients in achieving health, wellness, and performance goals through evidence-based nutrition strategies.
  • Collaborate with coaches, personal trainers, physiotherapists, and wellness professionals to deliver integrated performance programs.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust nutrition plans to optimize results.
  • Deliver nutrition education, workshops, and wellness initiatives for members and guests.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure professional and ethical standards are met.
  • Stay updated on the latest sports nutrition research and industry best practices.

    • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sports nutrition, wellness, fitness, or performance environments.
    • Experience working with athletes, sports teams, golf performance programs, or high-performance individuals is highly preferred.
    • Experience in luxury wellness, hospitality, or premium fitness environments is an advantage.
