Responsibilities
1. บันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายทั่วไปของบริษัท จากการจ่ายเงินสดย่อย หรือโอนเงิน พร้อมคีย์ Cost Sheet (หากเป็นต้นทุน)
2. บันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายจากเคลียร์เงินทดรองจ่าย และเบิกเงินทดรองจ่าย พร้อมคีย์ Cost Sheet (หากเป็นต้นทุน)
3. บันทึกเอกสารตัดจ่ายเงิน (PV)
4. บันทึกค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคาร โอนเงินระหว่างบัญชีธนาคาร
5. บันทึกรายการปรับปรุงประจำเดือน ได้แก่ เงินฝากธนาคารสกุลเงินต่างประเทศ เช็คที่ยังไม่ขึ้นเงิน
6. จัดทำรายงานภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ภ.ง.ด.3, 53)
7. จัดทำข้อมูล Normal time และ OT พร้อมคีย์ Cost Sheet (หากเป็นต้นทุน)
8. จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน ได้แก่ กระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร เงินทดรองจ่าย เจ้าหนี้การค้า เจ้าหนี้อื่น ค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย
เงินประกันผลงาน ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
9. จัดทำข้อมูลเพื่อจ่ายเงินประกันผลงาน
10. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
1.เพศหญิง อายุ 22-30 ปี
2.จบการศึกษาปวส./ ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือเทียบเท่า
3.หากมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ขึ้นไป จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
4.มีความรู้ทางด้านบัญชี และกฎหมายภาษีอากร
5.มีความรับผิดชอบต่องาน ซื่อสัตย์ รอบคอบ การแก้ปัญหา และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
6.สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ เช่น Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
