Responsibilities
1 วางแผนและควบคุมการดำเนินงานการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิตประจำวัน/ สัปดาห์ และเป้าหมายของบริษัท
2 ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ ISO 9001 และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในอุตสาหกรรม
3 กำกับดูแลและตรวจสอบการใช้ทรัพยากรให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด รวมถึงการลดของเสีย
4 ควบคุมและสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในสายการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของ ISO 14001
5 ดำเนินงานตามข้อกำหนดด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยของ ISO 45001 พร้อมส่งเสริมให้พนักงานปฏิบัติตามมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยอย่างเคร่งครัด
6 วิเคราะห์ปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต หาสาเหตุที่แท้จริง และกำหนดแนวทางแก้ไข/ ป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดซ้ำ
7 บริหารจัดการทีมงานภายใต้ความรับผิดชอบ รวมถึงการแบ่งงาน ตรวจสอบการทำงาน และการพัฒนาศักยภาพพนักงานในสายการผลิต
8 ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อให้กระบวนการผลิตเป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่องและราบรื่น
9 จัดทำและจัดเก็บเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต ให้เป็นไปตามข้กำหนดของระบบ ISO และนโยบายบริษัท
10 สนับสนุนกิจกรรมการตรวจติดตามภายใน (Internal Audit), การตรวจประเมินจากภายนอก (External Audit) และการทบทวนระบบบริหารจัดการตามรอบเวลา
Qualifications
1.เพศชาย อายุ 30-35 ปี วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.มีประสบการณ์ตรงในงานบริหารสายการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างน้อย 3 – 5 ปี
3.มีความเข้าใจและประสบการณ์ในการดำเนินงานภายใต้ระบบ ISO 9001, ISO 14001 และ ISO 45001
4.มีทักษะด้านการบริหารทีมงาน การวางแผน การสื่อสาร และการแก้ไขปัญหา
5.มีความรู้ด้านกระบวนการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมอุปกรณ์ควบคุมไฟฟ้า/ ตู้คอนโทรล จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
6.มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ทำงานเชิงรุก และพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
