Manager, Corporate Development & Growth Operations - Rare Beverage Co., Ltd

The role

You will run the execution layer of a live multi-million USD raise for a premium consumer brand, and assist the Chief Growth Officer in three commercial departments running as one company. You report to the CGO and work directly with the CEO.

The corporate development half

• Assist in Data room build and version control; diligence tracker
• Financial model understanding — scenarios, dilution, breakeven
• Investor and partnership pipeline: sequencing, meeting prep, follow-up discipline

The growth operations half

• The weekly, monthly and quarterly operating rhythm across marketing, international sales and domestic HoReCa
• One dashboard, one set of metric definitions, one source of truth
• Chasing every cross-department dependency to closure

Your authority

You own the process — cadence, deadlines, data standards, reporting. On those, you speak for the CGO. You will be involved in strategy and brainstorming, though you do not set commercial strategy, pricing or creative; department heads own those and you hold them to their own numbers.

You

• 3–7 years: Big-4 transaction services / FDD, PE, IB, strategy consulting or corporate development
• You will produce: decks, roadmaps, project management on tools, draft agreements
• Understanding of financial modelling
• Proven at holding deadlines across people who do not report to you
• ClickUp / Asana or equivalent used as an operating system
• Fluent Thai and English, read / write / speak. Right to work in Thailand without sponsorship.
• Heavy user of Claude and other AI tools
• Owner mentality, scrappy, NDA-ready

About us

Most bottled water is a filtration plant with a good label.

Ours is a mountain. And not just any mountain — Doi Chiang Dao is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, which is the formal way of saying nobody gets to mess with it.

Our water fell as rain somewhere between 5,700 and 12,300 years ago, sank in, sat out the entirety of human history, and came back up at 60°C. That's where the name came from.

Then we bottled it exactly as it arrived. No adjusting. No correcting. No improving. Doing nothing to something this good is harder than it sounds and considerably more expensive.

The team

Young, small, and allergic to layers. Cheeky in public, obsessive in private. No committees, no three-week decision cycles, no filing a ticket about something you could just walk over and fix.

Young doesn't mean unsupervised — you'd work with the CGO and the CEO daily, which at our size means in the room, not in a monthly check-in.

Half of what this company needs doesn't exist yet: the dashboard, the data room, the reporting rhythm. You'd build them. They'd have your fingerprints on them for years.
