Assembly Engineer - Terahop (Thailand) Co.,Ltd

-Analyze existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes on working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs and wastage; Process parameter control, process problem solving, process improvement and process technical support

-Leading continuous improvement in assembly process area including best practice with efficiency improvements, cost reduction or quality improvement programs, and new product support

-Active role in interconnect new products manufacturing process development, setup, set control parameters, runs NPI and high-volume manufacturing stage.

-Performs and provided technical support activities related with assembly process, process improvement and quick check after assembly process to production with engineering approaches to achieve the organization's goal and to effectively respond teach work request in term of productivity, quality and cost.

-Design or develops assembly fixtures for smooth assembly and understand assembly fixtures drawing including expertise in glue dispensing machines

-Support other special work assignment or priority project which shall be assigned by his/her direct supervision.

-Minimum of 3+ yrs. of experience in process engineer about assembly process in transceiver manufacturing or related field

-New product introduction, HVM engineer or related field.

-Experience for glue dispensing machines is required.

-Experience about Assembly Fixture design is required.

-Experience in process & Yield improvement is required
