ER(Employee Relation) Specialist - Terahop (Thailand) Co.,Ltd

- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues, ensuring fair and respectful outcomes for all parties involved.

- Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and develop action plans for improvement.

- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to drive positive changes within the organization.

- Organize and facilitate team-building activities and workshops to promote a cohesive and motivated workforce.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and workplace best practices, ensuring compliance in all employee-related matters.

- Proven experience in a human resources role, with a focus on employee relations.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

- Knowledge of Thai employment laws and regulations.

- Proficiency in both Thai /English or Thai/Chinese languages.
