Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Process Engineering section to ensure optimal process performance, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while supporting the continuous development of the engineering team.
  • Lead and execute process improvement projects through modifications to equipment, materials, and manufacturing methods to improve yield, quality, productivity, capacity, reliability, and cycle time while reducing manufacturing costs.
  • Develop and manage departmental plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and ensure all objectives are achieved within the approved budget and timeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sister plants to resolve process-related issues, share best practices, and provide technical expertise on process capability and manufacturing capacity.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities for process issues. Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Maintenance, and other stakeholders to drive timely problem resolution and continuous process improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for new product introduction (NPI), process qualification, validation, and production ramp-up activities as required.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, engineering standards, and technical reports.
  • Support special assignments, strategic initiatives, and priority projects as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field).
  • 0–5 years of experience in the electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with experience in Die Attach (DA) and/or Wire Bond (WB) processes will be given special consideration.
  • Good command of English or Chinese for workplace communication.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
