Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and perform buy-off on machines to ensure readiness for production
- Revise and update Manufacturing Operation Instructions (MOI) to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Identify and implement solutions to reduce defects and improve production yield
- Drive productivity improvement initiatives within the production process
- Prepare and present weekly reports to supervisor
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in semiconductor, optical, or transceiver manufacturing, particularly in process engineering or new product introduction
- Strong knowledge of Active Alignment, Optical Test, quality control, and yield improvement
- Proficient in English or Chinese communication
- Understanding of 7QC tools for failure analysis
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles is a plus
- Hard-working, disciplined, and able to work overtime or on weekends when required
