Medical Technologist - INTERNATIONAL DIAGNOSTICS COMPANY LIMITED

1.Collecting and preparing biological samples for testing, including blood and body fluid.

2.Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria.

3.Demonstrate the ability to make technical decisions regarding testing and problem-solving.

4.Perform routine laboratory testing, evaluate new reagents or controls according to the SOPs.

5.Analyze and summarize test results.

6.Reporting findings in electronic format to referring physicians and medical specialists, as well as collaborating on patient care.

7.Inventorizing laboratory stock and supplies, as well as ordering replenishments.

8.Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality.

9.Adhering to best practices in medical laboratory sciences and keeping up with advancements in the field.

1.Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Medical technology, Science or related field.

2.A valid medical laboratory technologist license required.

3.At least 1 year experience in the medical or science field will be an advantage.

4.Familiarity with the medical quality and safety system (ISO13485 and ISO15189)

5.Good communication skills and being able to work as a team.

6.Able to work in shifts (morning shift and late shift)
