Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Leadership
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close business agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Develop pricing strategies and sales forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

2. General Management

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

  • Support and optimize ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and other business management systems.

Qualifications

Education Required

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following fields: Biomedical Science, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Clinical Laboratory Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Other related scientific disciplines

Experience

  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, medical devices, laboratory, biotechnology, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing organizational change.
  • Experience implementing digital transformation initiatives and AI solutions is an advantage.

Technical Competencies

  • Knowledge of AI tools and applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, AI automation platforms).
  • Data analytics and reporting skills.
