Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close business agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Develop pricing strategies and sales forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
2. General Management
- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Establish and implement company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define organizational goals and long-term strategies.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and corporate governance requirements.

3. IT Management & Digital Infrastructure
- Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, software systems, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure system reliability and cybersecurity.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Support and optimize ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and other business management systems.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and IT governance compliance.
4. Leadership & People Management
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Establish KPIs and performance objectives for departments.
- Promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Build a positive and accountable organizational culture.
Qualifications
Education Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following fields: Biomedical Science, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Clinical Laboratory Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Other related scientific disciplines
Experience
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, medical devices, laboratory, biotechnology, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and business expansion.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing organizational change.
- Experience implementing digital transformation initiatives and AI solutions is an advantage.
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of AI tools and applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, AI automation platforms).
- Data analytics and reporting skills.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
