Business Development Officer - INTERNATIONAL DIAGNOSTICS COMPANY LIMITED

Job Summary

International Diagnostics Company Limited is seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Executive to support the expansion of our diagnostics and healthcare business in Thailand.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building new business opportunities, meeting customers and partners, and transforming scientific or technical knowledge into commercial solutions. You will work closely with hospitals, laboratories, distributors, and internal teams to expand market access and support the commercialization of innovative healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans to expand market presence in Thailand.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with hospitals, laboratories, distributors, and healthcare partners.
• Support sales activities, customer meetings, product presentations, and business proposals.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
• Coordinate with technical, quality, regulatory, production, and international teams.
• Maintain sales pipelines, customer records, and commercial reports.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
• Experience in business development, sales, diagnostics, medical devices, laboratory products, healthcare, or life sciences is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and commercial potential are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good command of Thai and English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable with customer visits, business meetings, and occasional travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
• Passionate about healthcare innovation, diagnostics, and medical technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of hospitals, clinical laboratories, healthcare procurement, or distributor networks.
• Experience with IVD, diagnostics, laboratory products, pathology, immunodiagnostics, or medical devices.
• Experience working with international teams or healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear commercial messages.
