Responsibilities
1. สรรหาผู้สมัครงานตามคุณสมบัติในใบขอกำลังคน
2. ส่งใบสมัคร/ประวัติการสมัครงานให้ผจก.ต้นสังกัดที่ร้องขอกำลังคน พิจารณาเลือก
3. นัดสัมภาษณ์งาน
4. จัดเตรียม, ทดสอบ และตรวจแบบทดสอบของผู้สมัครงาน
5. ประสานงานกับผจก. ต้นสังกัดเพื่อสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัครงาน
6. ดำเนินการปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่ในวันแรกที่มาทำงาน
7. ส่งพนักงานใหม่เข้าต้นสังกัด
8. รวบรวมและบันทึกชั่วโมงการทำงาน, เงินพิเศษ, OT ฯลฯ
9. จัดทำเงินเดือนพนักงาน Subcontract
10. สำรวจความจำเป็นในการฝึกอบรมประจำปี
11. ประสานงานกับวิทยากรและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
12. จัดเตรียมและควบคุมดูแลสถานที่ฝึกอบรม
13. สรุปและจัดทำเอกสารส่งกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
14. ควบคุม จัดระเบียบ และดูแลเอกสารในระบบ ISO9001
15. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
1. เพศชาย
2. อายุ 25 ปี ขึ้นไป
3. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์/ รัฐศาสตร์/ นิติศาสตร์/ จิตวิทยา
4. มีประสบการณ์งานสรรหาว่าจ้าง, ฝึกอบรมอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
