Responsibilities
• Issue PO and concern documents for the procurement process.
• Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
• Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
• Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
• Establishing professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Issue PO and concern documents for the procurement process.
Qualifications
Female only.
Age 23-30 years old.
Bachelor degree in Management ,Marketing or related fields.
Good communicate in English
Good personality.
Can work under pressure as well
Have quotation skill is preferable.
Can use computer all function. (Microsoft office)
Have negotiation skills
