Responsibilities
- Provide application support for insurance sales platforms across various payment channels.
- Support applications and customer service channels.
- Monitor and investigate application incidents, transaction failures, and system errors.
- Perform log analysis using OpenSearch and other monitoring tools.
- Perform basic data investigation and database queries.
- Troubleshoot incidents and identify whether issues are related to application, database, infrastructure, or integration components.
- Collect supporting evidence and perform preliminary root cause analysis for production incidents.
- Support production changes, deployments, and post-deployment verification as required.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or related roles.
- Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Basic to intermediate database querying skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB.
- Experience with application log analysis; knowledge of OpenSearch is an advantage.
- Understanding of SFTP, REST APIs, HTTP status codes, JSON, and system integration.
- Experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, monitoring tools, or log analysis tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of AWS or cloud-based application environments is an advantage.
- Experience supporting insurance, lending, payment, fintech, banking, or mobile applications is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, technical, and vendor teams.
- Able to coordinate and drive issue resolution with multiple stakeholders.

Work Schedule : Mon -Fri, 8:30 - 17:30
