Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit applications for BOI promotion certificates, including new projects, amendments, and extensionsจัดเตรียมและยื่นคำขอรับการส่งเสริมการลงทุน BOI เช่น โครงการใหม่ การแก้ไข หรือขยายโครงการ
- Manage import-export processes for BOI machinery and raw materials, including document preparation, coordination with Customs brokers, and ensuring timely customs clearance.ดูแลการนำเข้า-ส่งออกเครื่องจักรและวัตถุดิบภายใต้สิทธิประโยชน์ BOI รวมถึงการจัดเตรียมเอกสาร การประสานงานกับตัวแทนศุลกากร และการตรวจสอบให้กระบวนการศุลกากรเสร็จสิ้นตามกำหนด

- Liaise with internal departments and external parties such as BOI, Customs, Revenue Department, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operationsประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก เช่น BOI ศุลกากร สรรพากร และผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานราบรื่น
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, Accounting, or related fields.ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ โลจิสติกส์ ธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ บัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- 2–3 years of experience in BOI-related work or import-export processes.มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน BOI หรือการนำเข้า-ส่งออกอย่างน้อย 2–3 ปี
- Knowledge of BOI privileges and Customs procedures for machinery and raw materials.มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์ BOI และขั้นตอนศุลกากรสำหรับเครื่องจักรและวัตถุดิบ
- Good command of English or Chinese (spoken and written).
