Import Export Officer - Broadway Precision (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

1.Coordinate and support warehouse operations such as stock in/out and ensure timely delivery to customers     ประสานงานและสนับสนุนการทำงานของคลังสินค้า เช่น การรับเข้า-จ่ายออกสินค้า และตรวจสอบให้ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าตรงตามกำหนดเวลา 
2.Coordinate with delivery companies for export/import  shipments           ติดต่อและประสานงานกับบริษัทขนส่งเพื่อจัดการการส่งออกและนเข้าสินค้า         
3.Follow up shipment status, customer returns/rejects/exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction       ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่ง รวมถึงกรณีลูกค้าคืนสินค้า/ปฏิเสธรับสินค้า/ขอเปลี่ยนสินค้า และตรวจสอบให้ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าตามความต้องการ 
4.Follow up and update external shipment schedules and prepare necessary shipping documents       ติดตามและอัปเดตกำหนดการจัดส่งภายนอกเพื่อเตรียมเอกสารการจัดส่งที่จำเป็นทั้งหมด       
5.Coordinate with internal planning to align shipments with delivery schedules          ประสานงานกับฝ่ายวางแผนภายในเพื่อให้การจัดส่งเป็นไปตามแผนการส่งมอบ         
6.Prepare export documents such as invoice, packing list, and bill of lading for customers        จัดทำเอกสารการส่งออก เช่น Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading ให้กับลูกค้า         
7.Support and perform duties in compliance with the company’s ISO system and Management system standards     สนับสนุนและปฏิบัติงานตามข้อกำหนดของระบบ ISO และมาตรฐานระบบการจัดการที่เกี่ยวข้องของบริษัท
