Responsibilities
- Follow up on shipment status and customer return/reject/exchange cases
ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่ง และกรณีคืน/ปฏิเสธ/เปลี่ยนสินค้าจากลูกค้า - Coordinate delivery schedules and shipping plans with internal teams
ประสานงานกับทีมภายในตามตารางการส่งมอบสินค้า - Prepare export documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L)
จัดเตรียมเอกสารส่งออก เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ รายการบรรจุ และใบตราส่ง
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (Logistics-related fields are a plus)
ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา (สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโลจิสติกส์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) - At least 1 - 3 year of experience in logistic or shipping/ supply chain; new graduates are welcome
มีประสบการณ์งานโลจิสติกส์/ซัพพลายเชน อย่างน้อย 1 - 3 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่) - Basic computer and inventory system skills
สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน หรือโปรแกรมสต็อกสินค้าได้ - English write, read and communicate (English skill fee)
สามารถเขียน อ่าน และสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (ค่าทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ)
